Legacy Ministry Dinner Group Hosts

Legacy Women's Ministry will host Women’s Dinner Groups on Sunday, August 11th.

These groups are for women to come together over a meal and meet new friends across different ages and life stages.  Our hope is that a new friendship will begin from these dinners as well as provide a time of encouragement and hospitality.

If you would like to host one of these dinner groups either in your home or a local restaurant, please complete the form on this page. Hosts need to be an FBC member.

Host Home registration will close on Sunday, June 23rd, so we can know how many women can sign up to participate.

Registration for our dinner groups will open on Sunday, June 23rd and close on Sunday, July 21st.

By Sunday, July 28th, we will send you the list of women registered for your dinner group.

Your role as a dinner host:

• Contact each woman by phone, or text to introduce yourself and answer any of their questions.
• Dinners are scheduled from 6-8pm that evening.
• If you host a dinner in your home, please make it as easy and affordable for you as possible.
• If you host a dinner at a local restaurant, please arrive a few minutes early, perhaps have some tables ready for the women.
• Create an atmosphere of hospitality and foster conversations for the women to get to know each other, and encourage them in their faith, relationship with Christ and desire to meet new friends at the dinner.
• These dinners are designed as a one-time launch into a new friendship, yet other needs might arise in your conversations that evening. If there is a personal or family need for women in your group, please contact Cheryl Goss for next steps.
